- Supervising and coordinating industrial activities in industrial establishments.
- Performance monitoring: monitoring overall performance and investigating issues related to productivity and quality, advising staff on standard operating methods and recommending changes to procedures.
- Schedule maintenance schedules: Schedule maintenance schedules for plant machinery and equipment, provide assistance and minimize downtime.
- Scheduling of activities: Scheduling of manufacturing dates based on workloads, availability of staff and delivery dates.
- Reporting: recording employee data, production and quality data, preparing performance reports and submitting them to management.
- Ensure safety and security: Follow HSE policies and procedures.
- Coordination of activities: distribution of tasks to workers based on schedules, staff needs and skills, general coordination of the chain of manufacturing activities and ensuring availability of equipment and machinery.
Requirements:
Has more than 3 years experience in metal production supervision
