Restaurant Supervisor
Responsible for all day- to- day operations
• Responsible for Quality Control and Hygiene within the outlet
• Responsible for month end inventory, staff scheduling and rotation
• Monitor the implementation of suggestive selling
• Increased customer satisfaction to reach exceptional customers service
• Conduct daily Pre-Shifts meeting and Provides staff with on- going training
• Must be Able to Speak and write in English (Arabic is a plus)
• POS & PC experience (word processing and spreadsheets)
• Significant cash handling experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in performing all positions within the restaurant.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem solving ability.
• Ability to work in a tremendously fast-paced, multi tasked environment.
