- Organizing and coordinating the process of receiving and delivering the incoming and outgoing mail from the administration and distributing it to the departments and departments therein and following up the implementation of the decisions and recommendations issued by the officials in the public administration directed to the lower administrative units. It also organizes and receives incoming guests to the administration and set the dates of their meetings according to the coordinated dates and organization and under the instructions of the officials in addition to any other work of the secretarial department
Requirements:
Certificate of Education (Bachelor or Diploma)
Fluent in English
Experience in the same field is required for a period of 3 to 5 years
