Job description
- Performs clerical work related to personnel matters such as writing, filing, documenting, processing requests, etc. in accordance with the instructions and in accordance with established procedures, works with the Personnel Officer and Supervisor and maintains the files of working staff and updates them from time to time.
- Carry out personnel functions in accordance with the company's established procedures and supervisor's directions. It includes:
- Updating staff records and includes new employee information with additions and deletions from time to time.
- Preparation of models to assist in the development of work
- Receive all types of documents related to staff from departments and distribute them to relevant departments for appropriate action
Requirements:
Having a high school diploma
Experience in the same field from 3 to 4 years at a minimum
Trust, team spirit and complete confidentiality of information
