1. Categorize inquiries and respond according to policy terms & conditions, mainly
a. Referrals (consultation & maternity protocol change of provider)
b. Cases with prior approval (non-emergency treatment abroad, delivery abroad & treatment out-APN in KSA
c. Not covered cases (congenital & non-emergency treatment abroad)
2. Assist Delegates whenever unusual situations arise
3. Respond accurately to complaints coming form policy holder and/or insured members

experienced in customer service center - support
Has no problem with different duty shifts - Morning or evening
