The Project Coordinators direct and monitors the requirements, framework conditions and progress of short/long-term project or projects involving a limited number of personnel. He ensures development of products and services to customer requirements within the specified resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the project(s) dedicated to his leadership
• Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative/executioner tasks add all sites involved in the dedicated project(s).
• Participation in R&D Team Meetings for development of new technology.
• Coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports.
• Maintain daily reports to report to direct management.
• Ensure coordination with Marketing and Operations.
• Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables and reports for customer together with the OPERATIONAL MANAGER.
• Members, ensure adherence to deadlines.
