المهام والوصف الوظيفي:
- Implement divisional policies and procedures to maximize output and monitors adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
- Oversee the Service department and assess that it is meeting customer satisfaction & profit center goals.
- Oversee the Warehousing & IT departments and assess that they are in compliance with the Group’s policies.
- Oversee the showrooms operations and assess that they are in are in compliance with the Group’s policies.
- Coordinate with the Internal Auditors in order to pinpoint the drawbacks in performance and take the required corrective/ preventive actions accordingly.
- Maintain & manage the Operations lease contracts (e.g.: showroom, warehouses…etc) and ensure that they will be renewed in time. If a contract (agreement) won’t be renewed, a quick action for the alternative should be taken on a timely basis.
- Ensure safety regulations are adhered to and implement quality management and regulatory compliance strategies.
- Maintain and maximize the use of the Operations assets in an efficient manner with conservation of the Group’s image by periodically checking their cleanliness, logos, maintenance and their proper use by the operators.
- Prepare the Monthly Operations Report from all the Regions, review, analyze and send the consolidated one to the VP Operations.
- Conduct the Non-technical training programs to assist in the enhancement of the Operations overall performance.
- Assist the VP Operations in preparing the annual manpower forecast (1st, 2nd, 3rd& 4th quarters).
- Develop the Operations departments’ job descriptions so that each employee would know his exact duties and responsibilities to avoid any duplication or discrepancy.
- Make the monthly performance appraisal for the operations departments in order to evaluate their performance accurately, to assist the Operations VP in taking the required actions accordingly and assure the high standards of the Branch performance.
- Prepare the Operations Departments annual vacation roster and submit to the VP Operation for final approval.
- Coordinate with the HR department to ensure the development the Operations Charts so that each employee would know the communication structure.
- Review and monitor the movement of damage goods and slow-moving items and arrange to sell them.
- Prepare and send insurance claims for the damage goods or vehicles.
- Take responsibility for various other projects as designated by the VP Operations.
