- Position Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)
- Nationality Requirement: Saudi National

Key Responsibilities:
Government Relations & Liaison (Core Responsibility)
Handle day-to-day coordination and official matters between the company and Saudi government authorities, including but not limited to:
- MISA (Ministry of Investment)
- MOHRSD (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development)
- Jawazat (General Directorate of Passports)
- Qiwa platform
- Absher / Muqeem
- GOSI / ZATCA
- Represent the company in communications with government offices, ensuring all matters are handled efficiently, legally, and in full compliance.
Visa & Residency Management
Responsible for visa and residency-related matters for company employees, including expatriates, such as:
- Work visas
- Iqama issuance, renewal, transfer, and cancellation
- Exit / Re-entry / Final Exit procedures
- Follow-up on visa quotas, Block Visas, and Nafath-related processes
- Ensure there are no overstays, violations, or legal risks.
Government Platforms & System Operations
Proficient in operating and managing the following systems:
- Qiwa
- Absher Business
- Muqeem
- GOSI
- ZATCA
- Assist the company with:
- Employee registration, transfer, and termination
- Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance management
- Updating and maintaining government system records
Administration & Compliance Support
- Assist the company in handling:
- Commercial Registration (CR)–related matters
- Chamber of Commerce affairs
- Government inspections, audits, and official inquiries
- Tracking and following up on licenses, certificates, renewals, and annual registrations
- Supporting the handling of labor disputes and government investigations (under management guidance)
Internal Coordination & Reporting:
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and Project teams
- Provide regular reports to management on:
- Government affairs progress
- Compliance and risk alerts
- Key policy updates and regulatory changes
الشروط والمهارات:
Saudi nationality (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a PRO / Government Relations / Administrative role
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, visa regulations, and government procedures
Ability to independently handle government-related matters with minimal supervision
Strong communication and coordination skills with government authorities
Experience in the following industries is highly preferred: (Engineering / Construction / EPC / Human Resources / Manpower companies)
Familiar with operations of companies employing a large number of expatriate workers
Experience handling labor disputes, Labor Court cases, or MOHRSD complaints
Language skills: English required (Chinese language skills are a plus)
