المهام والوصف الوظيفي:
Job Responsibilities:
- Government System Management:* Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of official Saudi systems such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad, ensuring the accuracy of employee contract information, social security data, salary declarations, etc., and updating employee dynamic information within the system.
- Nitaqat Compliance:* Strictly adhere to the Saudi Ministry of Labor's "Saudiization" policy requirements, monitoring the proportion of Saudi employees and salary standards within the company, maintaining the company's Nitaqat rating (green level and above), and mitigating risks such as visa freezes and fines due to policy non-compliance.
- Visa Management:* Fully responsible for the entire process of applying for, renewing, changing, and canceling IQAMA visas for foreign employees, planning visa renewal cycles in advance to ensure no overdue cases; handling abnormal issues in visa approval, and maintaining efficient communication with the local immigration department and the Ministry of Labor.
- Number of Employees' Visa Management:* Responsible for the entire process of applying for, renewing, changing, and canceling IQAMA visas for foreign employees, planning visa renewal cycles in advance to ensure no overdue cases; handling abnormal issues in visa approval, and maintaining efficient communication with the local immigration department and the Ministry of Labor. Compliance and Issue Handling: Cooperate with the Saudi Ministry of Labor (MHRSD) and the Social Security Agency (GOSI) during inspections, promptly rectifying compliance loopholes; answer employee inquiries regarding visas and social security, safeguarding employees' legal rights
الشروط والمهارات:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Arabic, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years or more of practical experience in a local Saudi HR role, familiar with Saudi labor policies and visa procedures; experience in labor dispatch or construction engineering industries is preferred.
  • Proficient in operating procedures of Saudi government systems such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem, with the ability to independently handle system issues;
  • Familiar with Saudi Labor Law, Nitaqat's Saudiization policy, and IQAMA visa management regulations
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, and able to use them as working languages ​​(Chinese is a plus).Chinese is a plus).
