Role Overview
- We are looking for a practical and detail-focused Site Engineer to supervise on-site engineering activities, ensure adherence to drawings and specifications, and support project managers in delivering safe, high-quality construction work.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret engineering drawings and ensure accurate on-site implementation
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and subcontractor performance
- Carry out regular inspections and ensure quality control
- Maintain site records, daily logs and progress reports
- Liaise with project management, design teams and suppliers to resolve technical queries
- Assist in site layout, setting out and surveying activities
- Monitor adherence to HSE procedures and report incidents
- Assist with material verification and testing activities
- Support commissioning and handover tasks
- Provide technical guidance to site technicians and junior staff
الشروط والمهارات:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
3–6 years’ experience in site engineering on construction projects
Competency in reading drawings, setting out and basic surveying
Proficient with AutoCAD and MS Office
Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of construction HSE practices
Experience with site testing and quality assurance processes
Valid local certifications (where applicable) an advantage
