- 1.1. Responsible for maintaining desired quality production based on our standard operation procedure (procedure, work instruction, guidelines, check list & Reports)
1.2. To maintain operation speed (Silo, Sea bulk operation, packing lines, stuffing rates) based on guidelines all time & if he required reducing or changing the speed due to any reasons, should refer with justification to PRC/SV.
1.3. Team Leader-1 should maintain good housekeeping in his working area all time (sea bulk area, Silo area, bin locations area, docks, and packing lines vicinity, etc.) with a help of his team members (PK Leader-2 & WH Leader-2) during shift.
1.4. Responsible to monitor/control full process from receiving material as batch, packing, transfer, stack, and stuff. And all necessary requirements in between without failure.
1.5. Responsible to investigate/communicate beyond other depts. Such as RFID defects, container availability, C.Y drivers, MFT, and IT in case of business requirement.
1.6. Requested to utilize systematic reports, highlighting to either PRC SSV or PK/WH planner in case of abnormality, difficulties encountered.
1.7. Team Leader -1 should organize / arrange his group members with a close coordination with Team Leader-2 to recover his required members during his shift.
1.8. Team Leader-1 should guide all his team members (especially with Team Leader-2) & should provide some training to develop his group members whenever it’s required.
1.9. Team Leader-1 should have very close communication with his team members (PK Leader-2 & WH Leader-2) & He will be the window between PRC/SV / PK/WH Planners & PK/WH Manger.
1.10. Team Leader-1 should be able to cover or arrange any of his team members position (Team Leader-2) whenever it’s required.
1.11. If he finds out any abnormality during his working hours, he should inform to PRC/SV & his upper level immediately.
1.12. He should conduct tool-box meeting with a help of Team Leader-2 every shift to organize daily activity. Also, responsible to deliver the message to un-attended team members in any reason.

خبرة سابقة في مجال التغليف أو الإنتاج
خبرة مثبتة في الإشراف على عمليات التغليف أو الإنتاج
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة عدة مهام في وقت واحد
مهارات جيدة في القيادة والتواصل
معرفة بمعدات التغليف وإجراءات السلامة
