Job Summary:
- Providing administrative and organizational support to the General Manager, coordinating meetings and correspondence, and following up on daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the General Manager’s schedule and organize meetings.
- Prepare reports, official memos, and correspondence.
- Handle phone calls, messages, and emails.
- Organize and maintain files and documents.
- Follow up on administrative decisions and remind the manager of key appointments.

A relevant academic qualification (preferably a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in executive secretarial work
Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
