- Architectural Procurement Engineer required to work in Riyadh
الشروط والمهارات:
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Procurement, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement within the construction or architectural field
Strong understanding of architectural drawings, materials, and construction practices
Preparing purchase orders, subcontractor agreement and notices to the stakeholders
Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Knowledge of international and local sourcing strategies and regulations
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Expertise in tender documentation, cost breakdowns
