المهام والوصف الوظيفي:
Responsibilities: - Project Management - Project Engineering - Tendering & Bidding (Pricing Projects) - Project procurement & Material Submittals - MEP Design Coordination with Technical Team & Client / Consultant - Fire protection systems installations and Commissioning. - Control schematics. - Engineering specifications & Code, standards compliance. - Quality Management - Contractor Management - Value engineering Close out & commissioning of projects. - Measuring and verifications - Job Type: Full-time
الشروط والمهارات:	Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, A Master's degree is preferred. Proven experience as an MEP Projects Manager (Construction) or similar role, (Min 06 + as an MEP Projects Manager) in Construction companies Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing MEP projects, teams and subcontractors Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues and conflicts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams
