- Global Development for Contracting in KSA is looking to appoint MEP Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all activities related to MEP projects

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical power distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation all other related systems
Ability to manage MEP and Fit out projects as required
Candidate must have a minimum 20 years of relevant experience. KSA experience is a must
This role requires a strong technical background in MEP engineering, construction, contractual, commercial as well as excellent project management and leadership skills
Ability to successfully manage all project functions from estimation to delivery
Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
A good knowledge for contract and commercial project issues
Good understanding of planning and project controls functions
Collaborate with all stakeholders to understand project requirements for successful project delivery
